William moved to Indiana. There is mention of two children of his uncle Titus--Matthias and Obadiah being in Indiana also. They may have gone to live with this relative.
Orphan court paper dated June 4 1834 "It is ruled by the Court that William Voshall, Matthias Voshall and Obadiah Voshall who are represented to be heirs of the said interstate and residing in the state of Indiana be and appear at the next Orphans Court to be held at Dover for the County and State aforesaid on Monday the 6th day of October AD 1834 and then and there claim the preference that may be due to them, or either of them of accepting or choosing the lands, tenements or hereditaments (sp?) of the said Interstate which have been valued and appraised by proceeding in this Court; or show cause if any they have why the same shall not be sold, agreeably to the Laws of this state."
On the document where the estate is tallied the entry for Wm. Voshall, Matthias and Obadiah Voshall do not have a circled number. They may not have showed up in court at the appointed time to claim their inheritance.

On your page for William T. Voshell, b. 1849, you list the 1850 and 1860
census, and I think I have also found him in the 1870 census in
Appoquinimink
Hundred, New Castle County, DE, which is the same hundred in which his
father
Thomas was living. I believe he is on page 395. There is a William T.
Voshell, age 21, living as a farm laborer in the household of Archibald
Finley.
