Sarah had eight children according to Orphan Records of Joseph Voshall 1769. According to these records, she had a brother named Moses Goodwin who died in MD with no children.
Second wife of Obediah is mentioned in her father's will of 1749, so Sarah must have died before that year.
Joseph and Moses Goodwin inherited land from their father Daniel and sold it
Samuel Goodwin Probate 1747 mentions a Sarah Goodwin and orphan court proceedings.
Benjamin Goodwin Probate of 1773 mentions an Obadiah Voshell in the opening of the inventory list. Signed by an Obadiah Voshell Jr. He was also appointed to oversee the inventory along with a Samuel Burress. There is also listed a 'desperate' note due from an AUGUSTINE VOSHELL of £11, 5 shillings which according to the research staff at the DE Archives was a considerable sum. [This is the first paper with the two names on the same page Augustine and Obadiah.]
Augustine Voshall and Voshell signed two petitions in Maryland. They are in reference to the Inhabitants of My Ladies Manor, Baltimore. There was a dispute between the heirs of Thomas Breerwood and the tenants that have leased the land. Apparently, this Augustine was one of them. This petition was signed in 1782 new Baltimore. There is a Rachal Goodin widow also on the list. Moses Goodwin died near Baltimore.

This Augustine is one of the eight children of Obadiah SR four and not named directly in his will. This Augustine witness a Will in DE in the year 1756 of a Jane Moore. If these are the same person, he could have left the state and worked with Uncle Moses near Baltimore and then on his own. The desperate note could also be attributed to a younger Augustine. It appears that this theory is correct. Obadiah SR had a child and named him Augustine. This Augustine is a nephew of Moses Goodwin. This makes the Sarah a better connection. The Elizabeth Evans could be a niece of Moses' wife Rachel or a married Elizabeth Voshall one of Obediah SR daughters.
The following theory that this Augustine is the son of Peter and Susannah Voshell that the Miles Goforth orphan court document was filed at the time of her death in 1734 seems less likely the case.
