In the name of God Amen, I Edward Johnson being sick and weak of body but of sound and disposing mind and memory (for which blessing and many others I return God my most unfeigned thanks, do make and ordain my Testament and will in manner and form following that
Imperimis I give devise and bequeath to my three daughters Sarah Johnson, Ann Johnson, and Rebeccah Johnson all my land tenements to them and their heirs for ever to be equally divided between them Share and Share alike but if ether my three daughters Sarah Johnson Ann Johnson Rebeccah Johnson should die without issue they my land be equally divided between the two surviving daughters and their Male Heirs lawfully begotten but if all of my three Daughters should die without Male Heirs then my land to go to the next Male Heir name of Johnson.
It is my will and desire that all my just and lawful debts should be paid out of my personal estate and the remainder of my personal estate if and there be to be equally divided between my three Daughters Sarah Johnson Ann Johnson Rebeccah Johnson them and their heirs Share and Share alike.
Jacob Rudolph the sun of sixty pounds to be at twelve pounds a year for five years Pennsylvania Money
Impremis I give unto Elizabeth Stockton wife of John Stockton the sum of two pounds current money of Pennsylvania
Impremis I give unto Ann Brumwife Daughter of Sara Johnson ten pounds current money of Pennsylvania when she comes to the years of sixteen
My will and desire is that my Mulatto Boy named Siras Heutabough be set free when he comes to the years of twenty four and to be taught to read and write and to be taught the trade of a shoemaker or cord winder in the year of his coming to twenty four years of age.
And I do hereby constitute ordained and appoint the afore said Sarah Johnson and Rebeccah Johnson to be whole and sole executors of this my testament and Last Will revoking all former testaments wills and bequests and legacies by me at any time hereto for make and ratifying and confirming her after have here unto set my hand and seal this fourth day of October in the year of our Lord Christ One thousand seven hundred and sixty
