CC Deed 5 p 528 John Chambers of CC planter and wife Rachel are guardians of Stephen Penington and infant and heir of Robert Penington dec, Robert in his lifetime mortaged to Wm Rumsey 100 pounds on 120 acres of Buntington and Happy Harbor. He died without leaving assets to discharge the debt. Rachel his mother borrow money for Wm Hutchinson and has repaid Wm Rumsey. Wm released the land to Stephen

[10] His son Frederic Austin Stonesifer writes that his father lived for many years in Silver Run where the family was associated with B. F. Shriver Canning Company and other interests.

He was a Pennsylvania Railroad conductor for many years; later he worked for the PA State Liquor Control Board.
