[9205] The family appears to have lived somewhere in the vacinity of Baust's Church near Tyrone in Carroll Co prior to the Civil War, and where two of the children are buried. He served in the Union Army during the Civil War, was captured and died in the Confederate prison at Danville, Virginia. Later she lived with her mother in Fountain Valley near Westminster, and was widely known and loved, and was called "Aunt Sarah by those who knew her.
