Appraisal of the estate of John Pennington made 12-04-1755 and recorded 02-11-1756 by Samuel Pennington, extr. (Cecil Co. Inventories BVk. 1:31-33).
He was married to Alica Ward (daughter of John Ward and Susanna Veasley) on October 19, 1735 in St. Stephen's Parish, Cecil Co., MD. Alica Ward was born on May 22, 1718 in St. Stephen's Parish, Cecil Co., MD. John Pennington and Alica Ward had the following children:
i.Rebecca Pennington was born on August 29, 1736 in St. Stephen's Parish, Cecil Co., MD.
ii.Alice Pennington was born about 1838.
