[350] her estate was not finally settled til May 8 1854 due to the Cases in Equity 59 and 61 law suits which her brothers and sisters had instituted against her brother in law , Peter Bankert, reguarding the manner he had settled John Daniel Stonesifer's estate of which he had been executor. An account of Christian's estate can be found in Westminster in Administration Book H4 p 373. It was executed by her son, Isaac, and it names the same children as were mentioned in the will of Jacob Bankert (Her father in law ) as probated on Aug 14 1824. Christiana's name is also found among the estate papers of her father, John Daniel Stonesifer- the estate papers which this writer discovered filed away in the Westminster Court House while he was researching the Cases in Equity 59 and 61.
