She was married to John Pennington (son of William Pennington and Mary Atkey) on June 4, 1737 in St. Stephen's Parish, Cecil Co., MD. John Pennington was born on May 8, 1716 in St. Stephen's Parish, Cecil Co., MD. He died about 1802 in DE. Margaret Pennington and John Pennington had the following children:
