1901 Death certificate folder 6A there is a Wm. age 80 residence Little Creek near Smyrna DE dies of Paralysis and Senility Dec 20. Father's name is John Slaughter Dec. This could be the right Wm. however, no obituary was published for confirmation.
Odd Fellow Cemetery Smyrna DE has a William Slaughter lot 149 no dates, and a Mrs. William Slaughter lot 149 could be Ezekiel's parents.
