[10979] Cassel family cemetery is located on the Adams Mill Rd near Westminster where a number of the direct descendants of Henry and Margretha Bankert Cassel were buried over the years siunce 1800. sonetine between Aug 8 to 20 1983 this small cemetery of 50X70 feet was heavily damaged, and many of the tombstones badly disturbed or broken. The only brick lined grave, and which was of great age, was totally destroyed. One of the stones not harmed was that of Henry Cassell, a nearly 78 year old cousin of ours who was born in 1764 and died in 1842, He was a son of Jacob, the only son of Henry and our great great aunt Margretha Casse cemeteru has a 4 ft siked, cast iron fence which was fored for entrance. Hopwfully, this manuscript will help to prevent loss of information as that which has accourred as just mentioned.

"A St Stephens baptismal record for a Rachel, daughter of Henry and wife, on 21 Aug 1692 is more likely to be the child of Henry (with 1702 will), although we don't know for sure.
