bequeathed land called "Two Branches" under 18 directed to live with sister Rachel.
Edward d testate 11/1760 Cecil Co MD evidently with out issue. The executor of Edward's estate was his brother, Samuel. the sureties for Samuel's bond were James Wroth Sr and Ephraim Price. Witnesses to the last Will of Edward Pennington : Alice Quinn, Elizabeth Price, and Rober Walmsley.
Edward bequeathed "Hazel Branch" to Samuel Pennington and Jane, his wife. Edward also made a money bequest to Elizabeth Pennington, dau of Thomas Pennington said money being in the hands of Ephraim Price. Edward also gave a horse, bridle and saddle to Hyland Beedle.
Hazel Branch was given to Edward by his father
