[1328] 1908 May 27 Smyrna Times "Mr and Mrs. Matthew F Slaughter of near town have the sympathy of their many friends in the death of their infant daughter, Mary E., who died Saturday aged six months. Interment took place at Odd Fellows Cemetery on Sunday the Rev G P Smith officiating."
