Otho Pennington was born on October 27, 1712 in St. Stephen's Parish, Cecil Co., MD. He died before May 26, 1761 in Cecil Co., MD. Otho Pennington died before 26 May 1761 (Cecil Co., MD. Will Bk BB: 203-4 and Inventories Bk 1: 260-262) with nearest of kin, William Pennington, George and William Douglas and executor Lewis Beard.
He was married to Sarah Douglas about 1740. Otho Pennington and Sarah Douglas had the following children:

+105 ii. Wheeler Pennington (born before 1755).
+106 iii. Abraham Pennington (born about 1748).
107 iv. Isaac Pennington was born before 1761. Isaac died or moved away after the 1790 tax, Appoquinimink Hundred, Newcastle Co., DE.
