[10921] died in 1824 and in his will which was probated in Frederick on Aug 14 1824 found in Will Book HS 3 page 348 he names John as his deceased son, and then names all of John's children stating that they are to be among the heirs. Jacob as he was usually known then named all his other children. As executors of his will he named his son Peter and his son in law Patrick Hinds.. Burial site of Christina and John is unknown but was likely Silver Run or Krider's
