[270] There may be a confusion here with two-- Edward and Edmond--. Edmond died March 31, 1846 son of Hyland B. JR and Eliza Ann age 3 years 19 days published in Delaware Gazette April 3 1846.

Ck the probate of Eliza Ann Penington again to see if there is an Edward mentioned at the time of her death.

"Penington's (sic) 1550-1859" chart states name is Edward, obit spells it Edmond
